Areas of Concentration
Area of Concentration is Antioch University's designation name for the major or specialized field of learning. The student is required to choose one Area of Concentration for her/his program of study. Currently, Antioch University Santa Barbara offers the following areas of concentration for which courses are regularly scheduled in the Bachelor of Arts (BA) curriculum:

• Business
• Communication
• Psychology
• Creative Writing
• Child, Family, and Society
• Liberal Studies
• Social Services Administration
