The Global Executive Training Program with International Certification is comprised of leadership courses through hands-on, experiential, practical, and action oriented classroom experiences. Interactive group discussion is a hallmark or our instructional style. The curriculum emphasizes real-world applications taught in small, collaborative settings
- Communicating and global pluralism
Communicating and global pluralism explores the structure and dynamics of diversity in multicultural communication and it’s implication for organizational leadership and productivity. Emphasis is placed on the challenges and opportunities of managing and being managed by culturally diverse individuals.
- Teambuilding and communication
Teambuilding and communication is designed to be a blend of team building concepts, experiential activities around team building and support, and the requisite fundamentals of creating and planning innovation in the context of short and long-term team projects.
- Project and team leadership
Project and team leadership emphasizes creating and sustaining an innovative organizational culture within existing resource constraints.
- Organizational sustainability
Organizational sustainability provides an overview and comparative understanding of the major initiatives at the intersection of business development and environmental and social responsibility.
- Leading strategic change
Leading strategic change explores how change can be effectively and strategically planned, managed, and led in complex organizations, which deal with continuous change. Leaders must be aware of change in order to manage change, but more so, must design and implement change strategies to be proactive rather than reactive to unforeseen or expected change.
